baji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji platform and all services under it. By opening an account or starting to use the service on baji, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. baji is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games and other entertainment services. The platform is committed to ensuring the protection and fair experience of its users.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the baji website, mobile application and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal registered profile.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means placing money on the outcome of an event or game.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional balance credited as a promotion or reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.2 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms form a legal agreement between baji and the member. The agreement takes effect from the moment account registration is completed and remains in force for as long as the account is active.

To open an account on baji, accurate and complete information must be provided in the registration form. baji reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Holding more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and mobile number provided in the account must be genuine.
• A user's email address and mobile number must be unique — meaning two accounts cannot be opened using the same email or number.
• Keeping the password confidential is the member's own responsibility. baji will accept no liability if the password is shared with a third party.
• Using a strong password is recommended to keep the account secure.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any information changes (such as a mobile number or email address), the member must promptly notify baji customer support. baji will not be responsible for payment delays or account issues arising from outdated information.

All services on the baji platform are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• The member must be a resident of Bangladesh or must be using the service from Bangladesh.
• Any person who has voluntarily applied to close their account may not open a new account.
• Any member who is disqualified from betting due to a mental health condition or a court order is prohibited from opening an account.
• baji employees and their family members may not place bets on the platform.

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, baji may request identity verification from a member at any time. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

4.1 Required Documents

One or more of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear photocopy or scan of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (electricity bill, bank statement, etc.)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account)
• Selfie photo or video verification

4.2 Verification Timeframe

For large withdrawal amounts, payment processing may be put on hold until account verification is complete. If a member does not submit the required documents in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

The deposit and withdrawal methods available on baji are secure and relevant for Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).
• Only a payment account in the member's own name may be used. Money sent from a third-party account may be returned.
• After a deposit is completed, funds generally take a few minutes to appear in the account.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds with an active wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

5.3 Transaction Liability

The responsibility for recovering funds sent to an incorrect payment account lies with the member. baji processes transactions only after confirming the details provided, so baji will accept no liability for incorrect information submitted by the member.

baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which the member must read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

Each bonus may be claimed only once. Another bonus of the same type cannot be claimed while one is already active.

6.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

baji runs regular promotions ranging from weekly deposit rewards to special bonuses during the cricket season. Each promotion has a specific validity period, minimum deposit amount and wagering conditions.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
• baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice.
• If the terms of any promotion are violated, the relevant bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.

Members must follow specific rules when betting on baji. These rules are in place to keep the betting experience fair and impartial.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not processed due to a technical issue before the event starts, the full amount will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with baji's policy.
• baji reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed.

7.2 Sports Betting

When betting on sports such as cricket and football, the maximum and minimum bet limits set by baji must be observed. These limits may differ across events and markets.

7.3 Casino and Games

For slots, live casino and other games, the individual rules of each game apply. If a technical fault makes the result of a game uncertain, baji will investigate and reach a final settlement.

7.4 Changes in Odds

The odds in effect at the time a bet is finalised will apply. Any change in odds after a bet is finalised will not affect that existing bet.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the baji platform. Violating these rules may result in the permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any funds held.

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts).
• Placing bets on match-fixing or rigged outcomes.
• Betting using automated software or bots.

8.2 Money Laundering and Illegal Transactions

• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

9.1 Limits on Use of Information

• Members' personal information is used only for account management, verification, and service improvement.
• Information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with the relevant authorities where required by legal obligation.

10.1 Self-Control Tools

baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under any of the following circumstances.

11.1 Reasons for Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration with false information or fraudulent activity.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Permanent break at the member's own request.

11.2 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, baji will decide whether to return legitimate funds after investigation. Funds earned from bonuses may be forfeited.

baji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

12.1 Effectiveness of Changes

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms and Conditions will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

baji is not responsible for issues with the user's own device, internet connection, or third-party services. In the event of loss caused by a technical failure, baji will take only reasonable measures.

12.3 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

12.4 Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective. A valid provision will be established in place of the invalid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
